Teaching Artist Position
The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory is seeking passionate Teaching Artists! Teaching Artists at The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory instruct, mentor, empower, and inspire every student with excellent, individualized, and healthy dance training using BCL curriculum/ syllabus. Teaching Artist is overseen by the School Manager, Artistic Director and Managing Director.

Laboratory II: Emerging Choreographer Program
Ballet Co.Laboratory believes in the development of the whole dancer and works to invest in artists' professional growth. One way Ballet Co.Laboratory aids professional dance makers in evolving their artistry is through our Laboratory II: Emerging Choreographer Program. Each season, one choreographer is hired through this program to create a new, full-length, staged ballet production which is performed by the upper-level students at The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory (ages 11 - 20).
The application to apply to be the 2024/25 Season Choreographer is closed. Applications for the 2025/26 Program will be open in April 2025.
Internships
Fall, Spring & Summer
At Ballet Co.Laboratory we believe in working collaboratively with all of our staff through arts administration. Internships last a minimum of 15-16 weeks. Interns receive a stipend at the end of the internship. Dive into the administrative world of dance with us!
We are currently seeking a Fall Advancement Intern.
Work Exchange
Work exchange students are 16 years of age or older, are passionate about dance and are interested in helping to build the BCL community. Please see below for more information.
Accompanist
Position Available

Costume Volunteers Position Available
Ballet Co.Laboratory is currently seeking Costume Volunteers for our 2024/25 season. Must have a background in dance or theater, experience in both hand and machine sewing, costume fitting/tailoring, and volunteer coordination.
